Day 2 part 2!

Zip wire

Our second activity today was the zip wire. The height of the platform took some people by surprise and looked a bit daunting at first. Once one or two had tried it though the confidence level increased and it was thoroughly enjoyed by all.

We all had to work as a team to help catch each other at the end and stop us sliding back across the lake. 

Go Go Go! Haul them in to the platform.
It was a joint effort on the rope to pull people along to the platform.

Not sure we really needed to be taught to scream!

 There was a great sense of achievement at the end and a brilliant atmosphere of encouragement and celebration of accomplishment.
